Returns & Refund Policy
When ordering from Vitaject Direct, your medication is reserved until a valid prescription is provided. Our home injection kit includes a telehealth consultation with a Medical Provider at no additional cost. If for any reason you are not approved, we will promptly refund your order.

Please note that we strictly adhere to regulations and will not dispense medications without a valid prescription. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we are committed to providing you with the highest standard of care throughout your experience with Vitaject Direct.

Review of Shipment
Make sure all shipment contents are removed and carefully inspected.

Review product information, dosing, ingredients, storage information and product labels prior to discarding box or packaging materials.

Always keep medication in the vial box and or zip lock bag.

Before injecting, make sure dosing is clearly understood and contact our customer service team if you have any questions or require clarity of dosing instructions.
Our prescription home injection kit is ordered specifically per patient and therefore cannot be refunded, cancelled or returned. Once your order has been placed, the order is final. Vitaject Direct has a ‘No Refund Policy’.

In the event of a rare reaction to Semaglutide, please consult with your primary care physician. We cannot refund prescription products that have left the compounding facility and/or package opened in the patient’s home.

Vitaject Direct will not replace items at no charge that have been inadvertently discarded or broken. Be sure to thoroughly inspect the contents of your shipment BEFORE discarding of all packaging materials.
Uncommon side Effects
Pain/redness at the injection site, bump/abscesses at injection site, mild diarrhea, itching, or a feeling of swelling all over the body may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your primary care doctor, as a rare side effect may have occurred.
CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat; Experience numbness, tingling, muscle weakness or limp feeling.
